Matt Damon Reveals 33.8 Million Dollar Real Estate Portfolio
Matt Damon holds a 33.8 million dollar real estate portfolio, including three homes in Brooklyn, Bedford, and West Hollywood. In 2018, he purchased a penthouse at The Standish in Brooklyn Heights for 16.7 million dollars, marking the highest sale price for a home in the borough. The six-bedroom triplex spans 6,200 square feet atop a converted hotel. In June 2022, he acquired a 13-acre estate in Bedford, New York, for 8.5 million dollars, featuring a saltwater pool and tennis court. Damon sold his 13,500-square-foot mansion in Los Angeles for approximately 18 million dollars in 2021 and later bought a 2,900-square-foot condo in West Hollywood for 8.6 million dollars, reducing his Los Angeles footprint by nearly 80%. Damon's wealth remains off-chain despite the rise of real-world asset tokenization. He has not publicly disclosed any stock or cryptocurrency holdings, with property deeds being his only visible records. His involvement in crypto is primarily charitable; he starred in a Crypto.com ad in 2021, donating his fee to Water.org. In June, he appeared at Ripple Swell 2026 to promote a water aid campaign funded through Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin. Meanwhile, Elon Musk announced plans for an AI film titled 'Odyssey' by 2026, keeping Damon's project in the spotlight.
