HTX Research Analyst: Q3 BTC Trends Driven by Liquidity, ETH Trends Driven by Regulation
In a sharing session at Huobi's expert forum, Andy Liu, head and chief analyst of HTX Research, pointed out that BTC has now become a proxy for global dollar liquidity. The three core variables affecting BTC trends in the third quarter are: direction driven by liquidity, elasticity driven by ETFs, and risk driven by the dollar. Regarding Ethereum, Liu emphasized that the current issue is whether ecological growth can be converted into ETH's value. In the medium to long term, Ethereum remains an important settlement and application infrastructure in the crypto market, but in the short term, it needs to reprove that ecological growth can translate into ETH value. The core judgment for ETH in Q3 is: direction driven by regulation, elasticity driven by DeFi, and confirmation driven by fees and burn.
