Former U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Chris Giancarlo has published a recommendation for Binance founder Zhao Changpeng's prison memoir, describing it as a story of humility, perseverance, and self-discipline, and expressing strong endorsement. Chris Giancarlo announced in April this year that he would be leaving the legal profession to transition into a full-time role as a corporate and cryptocurrency technology advisor.
